Officials from Croatia and Pakistan met on 18 September 2019 to discuss bilateral relations and reportedly agreed to the conclusion of negotiations for an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
