Netherlands Looking to Introduce Cross-Border Telework Provisions in Tax Treaties with Belgium and Germany

The Dutch government is reportedly looking to introduce provisions regarding the tax treatment of cross-border teleworkers in the tax treaties with Belgium and Germany. The provisions would establish a certain amount of time (number of days) in a year that a cross-border worker could work from home (telework) without shifting the right to tax to the country of residence.
