The Netherlands has signed exchange of notes with Estonia, Finland, Slovenia, and the UK for the termination of the former Netherlands Antilles Savings Tax Agreements with those countries. The termination of the agreements is effective 1 January 2017 with respect to the BES Islands (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba) and Curaçao.
