New transfer pricing provisions – regulations

On 31 December 2012, regulations to the new transfer pricing rules were issued by the tax authorities by means of Normative Instruction 1,312 (NI 1,312/2012), issued by the Federal Revenue Office and published in the Official Gazette of 31 December 2012.
