Belgium and the Netherlands are negotiating a new amending protocol to their tax treaty signed in 2001. It will be the second amending protocol to the treaty.
The first and second rounds of negotiations took place in December 2009 and April 2010 respectively. The date for a third round of negotiations has not yet been set.
