The social security agreement between Kosovo and the Netherlands entered into force on 1 October 2024. The agreement, signed 17 September 2020, generally applies from the date of its entry into force.
The 1977 social security agreement between the Netherlands and the former Yugoslavia was previously applied in relations between Kosovo and the Netherlands but was terminated with effect from 1 January 2020.
