New Tax Treaty between Bulgaria and Malta Signed

Bulgaria's Ministry of Finance has announced the signing of a new income tax treaty with Malta on 10 December 2024. The treaty will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1986 tax treaty between the two countries. Details of the new treaty will be published once available.
