On 4 February 2022, officials from Denmark and France signed a new income tax treaty. This is the second treaty between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. The prior treaty between the two countries was signed in 1957 and was terminated with effect from 1 January 2009. Details of the new treaty will be published once available.
