New Tax Treaty between France and Luxembourg to be Signed

Officials from France and Luxembourg are reportedly planning to sign a new income tax treaty during a state visit scheduled for 19 to 21 March 2018. The new treaty will replace the current 1958 tax treaty between the two countries and is based on the latest OECD standards, including in relation to BEPS. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
