On 7 June 2022, officials from Luxembourg and the United Kingdom signed a new income and capital tax treaty. The treaty will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1967 tax treaty between the two countries. Details of the new treaty will be published once available.
