New Tax Treaty between Romania and the UK Signed

On 13 November 2024, officials from Romania and the United Kingdom signed a new income and capital tax treaty. The treaty will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1976 tax treaty between the two countries. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
