New Zealand has published the Double Tax Agreements (Switzerland) Order 2020, which provides for the ratification of the pending protocol to the 1980 income tax treaty with Switzerland. The protocol, signed 8 August 2019, provides for several changes in the treaty, including changes to bring it in line with OECD BEPS standards.
