On 14 December 2012, the Greek Ministry of Finance submitted a new draft tax law to the parliament. The most important features of the draft law, which will generally apply from 1 January 2013, are as follows:

| - | Amendment of withholding tax rates on interest and dividends. | |
| - | Introduction of Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs). |
