According to recent reports, Nigeria's Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) is preparing to launch an electronic transfer pricing (e-TP) filing portal that will be used for the submission of transfer pricing declaration and disclosure forms and Country-by-Country (CbC) notifications and reports. The e-TP filing portal is to become operational in 2020, although taxpayers will still have the option to submit hard copies.
