Nigeria and South Korea Looking to Bring Tax Treaty into Force

The presidents of Nigeria and South Korea reportedly met on 26 October 2022 and discussed the expansion of trade and investment, including the need to bring the pending tax treaty between the two countries into force. The treaty, signed 6 November 2006, has been ratified by South Korea, but Nigeria has not yet completed the required domestic procedures.
