According to an update from the Norwegian parliament, the National Budget for 2022 was finalized and approved on 21 December 2021. Most of the main measures are focused on individuals, and include:
- The standard income tax rate is maintained at 22%;
- The progressive bracket tax on employment income is amended, including adjustments in the rates and the addition of a fifth top bracket as follows:
