According to an update from the Norwegian parliament, a vote was held on 19 February 2019 to approve Resolution 417 for the approval of the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (MLI). Norway must now finalize and deposit its ratification instrument to bring the MLI into force for its covered agreements (tax treaties).
