Norwegian Parliament Approves Pending Protocol to Tax Treaty with Belgium

On 14 December 2021, the Norwegian parliament approved the ratification of the pending protocol to the 2014 income tax treaty with Belgium. The protocol, signed 8 September 2021, is the first to amend the treaty and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
