Norwegian Supreme Court refuses appeal in transfer pricing case

The Norwegian Supreme Court gave its ruling on 11 January 2008 in the case of Cytec Norge Gp AS, Cytec Overseas Corporateion Filial AV Utenlandsk F v. Akershus Fylkesskattekontor.

The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal from Cytec regarding the Eidsivating Court of Appeal's decision of 9 September 2007. The decision of the Eidsivating Court of Appeal is therefore final.
