The OECD has announced that it is working with Ukraine's Ministry of Finance to align the Ukrainian Transfer Pricing Framework with the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines. To support this effort, the Ministry has launched a public survey to gather input from multinational enterprises, individual experts, and other interested parties, to ensure that stakeholders' experiences are reflected in the reform process. The deadline for input was recently extended to 15 May 2025.
