According to a recent update, published by the Mauritius Revenue Authority, negotiations are underway for an amending protocol to update the Jersey - Mauritius Income Tax Treaty (2017).
Any resulting protocol will be the first to amend the treaty and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
