Pacific Alliance Tax Agreement on Pension Funds Entering into Force

The tax agreement on pensions funds that was concluded by the Pacific Alliance trade group will enter into force on 2 July 2023. The trade group includes Colombia, Chile, Mexico, and Peru. The agreement, signed 14 October 2017, modifies the tax treaties (covered agreements) between the respective countries regarding the taxation of pension funds, including:
