The EU Code of Conduct Group (Business Taxation) has recommended the removal of Palau from the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions, with the country included in the grey list of potentially non-cooperative jurisdictions for monitoring. If Palau is removed, six jurisdictions would remain listed as non-cooperative, including American Samoa, Guam, Namibia, Samoa, Trinidad and Tobago, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
