According to recent reports, the Government of Panama on 8 March 2018 issued a resolution that contains an initial list of 20 jurisdictions that are deemed to have taken discriminatory or restrictive measures against Panama that harm its economic interests, such as listing Panama as a tax haven or non-cooperative.
