Paraguay has published Decree No. 5125 of 16 April 2021, which extends the import customs duty exemption for medical supplies for COVID-19, including personal protective equipment, alcohol and antiseptics, oxygen, and certain medical equipment. Previously provided from 1 October to 31 March 2021 by Decree No. 4186 of 21 October 2021, the exemption is now extended by Decree No. 5125 to 31 December 2021.
