Paraguay published Decree 4011 in the Official Gazette on 10 September 2020, which amends Decree 3966 of 24 August 2020. Decree 3966 provided for the introduction of an exceptional regime for the payment of outstanding tax debts ({News-2020-09-01/A/8-previous coverage}).
