Peru has published Supreme Decree No. 285-2020-EF in the Official Gazette, which provides an extension of the deadline for taxpayers to submit an application for the tax payment deferral regime introduced in response to COVID-19. Previously extended to 30 September 2020, the latest decree extends the deadline to 31 December 2020.
