According to an update from the OECD dated 10 December 2020, Peru has joined the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA). The MCAA provides for the exchange of information under the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS). According to the update, Peru intends to exchange information under CRS from December 2020.
