Peru and Vietnam Considering Tax Treaty Negotiations

According to recent reports, officials from Peru and Vietnam met during the 30th APEC summit in San Francisco in November 2023 to discuss bilateral relations, including the negotiation of an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
