The Philippines Department of Finance has issued a release on a recent event in London during which tax incentives for British investors were highlighted. This includes the incentives under the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises to Maximize Opportunities for Reinvigorating the Economy (Create More) Act. As previously reported, the Create More Act was approved by the Philippine Senate on 9 September 2024 and, according to the release, will soon be enacted.
