Poland's Ministry of Finance issued a release on 18 March 2022 announcing that the ordinance (regulation) providing for an extension of the deadline for the submission of corporate income tax returns for 2021 was signed on 17 March and sent for publication in the Official Gazette. This includes that the deadline for the submission of corporate tax returns and the payment of tax is extended to 30 June 2022.
