The Polish tax authority has launched a public consultation on draft explanatory notes for the new requirements for the preparation of local transfer pricing documentation (local file) in respect of transactions in relation to jurisdictions applying harmful tax regimes (tax havens). Comments should be submitted by 20 April 2021.
