On 15 November 2021, Polish President Andrzej Duda signed the law for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Belarus. The agreement, signed 13 February 2019, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
