Poland's Ministry of Finance issued a release on 18 May 2022 to remind taxpayers of the extension of the deadline for the submission of corporate income tax returns for 2021. This includes that the deadline for the submission of corporate income tax returns and the payment of tax is extended to 30 June 2022, which applies for all taxpayers of corporate income tax, including those taxed with the simplified flat-rate tax on company income.
