Poland recently published the Notice of 28 February 2024 from the Ministry of Finance on an updated list of jurisdictions considered non-cooperative, which includes American Samoa, Fiji, Guam, Palau, Russia, and Trinidad and Tobago. The list considers the jurisdictions included in the latest EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions that are not already listed in Poland's list of jurisdictions with harmful tax regimes (tax havens list).
