On 29 September 2015, Poland's budget for 2015 was presented to Parliament. Although significant legislation has been recently passed that will apply in 2015, such as new CFC and thin capitalization rules, measures included in the budget are fairly limited. Changes include an increase in the tax credit for dependent children for personal taxation purposes, reducing the claimable input VAT deduction for fuels used in mixed use vehicles, and adjusting the excise tax on motor fuels.
