Poland's Council of Ministers Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Brazil

Poland's Council of Ministers has approved the draft bill for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Brazil. The treaty, signed 20 September 2022, is the first of its kind between the countries. It will enter into force three months after the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
