Poland's Parliament Approves Tax Reform Legislation for 2019

On 26 October 2018, the Polish Senate (upper house of parliament) approved, without amendment, tax reform legislation that was approved in the Sejm (lower house) on 23 October (no. 2854 and no. 2860). Some of the key changes provided for by the legislation are summarized as follows:
