On 16 September 2014, the Presidential Decree ratifying the Council of Europe-OECD Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters and amending protocol was published in Portugal's Official Gazette.
The convention and amending protocol will apply in Portugal from the first day of the month following a three month period after the ratification instrument is deposited.
