Serbia's Institute for Social Insurance has issued a news release announcing that officials from Portugal and Serbia met from 23 to 25 May 2023 for the second round of negotiations for a social security agreement. Any resulting agreement would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
