Portugal’s Council of Ministers Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Kenya

On 16 July 2020, Portugal’s Council of Ministers approved for ratification the pending income tax treaty with Kenya. The treaty, signed 10 July 2018, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
