Protocol between Argentina and France ratified

Argentina ratified the protocol of 15 August 2001 amending the Argentina-France income and capital tax treaty of 4 April 1979 by way of Law No. 26,276, published in the Official Gazette of 13 August 2007. France ratified this protocol on 21 April 2004. The main amendment agreed is a consequence of the worldwide income principle adopted by Argentina.
