Protocol to treaty between Austria and United Kingdom enters into force

The third amending protocol, signed on 11 September 2009, to the Austria-United Kingdom income tax treaty of 30 April 1969 as amended by the 1977 and 1993 protocols, entered into force on 2 December 2010. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2011. Details of the new protocol will be reported subsequently.
