On 12 December 2012, the amending protocol, signed on 3 November 2011, to the Barbados - Sweden Income Tax Treaty (1991), entered into force. The protocol generally applies from 12 December 2012 for the provisions on exchange of information and from 1 January 2013 for the remaining provisions.
