Protocol to treaty between Isle of Man and UK enters into force

The amending protocol to the income tax treaty of 29 July 1955 between the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom, signed on 29 September 2008, entered into force on 2 April 2009. The protocol generally applies for the Isle of Man from 6 April 2009, for the UK from 1 April 2010 for corporate taxes, and from 6 April 2009 for income taxes.
