Protocol to treaty between Japan and Malaysia enters into force

The amending protocol, signed on 10 February 2010, to the Japan-Malaysia income tax treaty of 19 February 1999 will enter into force on 1 December 2010. The amending protocol generally applies from 1 January 2011.
