The protocol to the income tax treaty of 1 August 1994 between Mauritius and China (People's Rep.), signed on 5 September 2006, entered into force on 25 January 2007. In Mauritius, the protocol generally applies from 1 July 2007; and in China (People's Rep.), the protocol generally applies from 1 January 2008
