On 25 June 2013, the amending protocol on exchange of information and exchange of letters, signed on 16 July 2009, to the Belgium - Luxembourg Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1970), as amended by the 2002 protocol, entered into force. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2014.
