On 26 June 2006, New Zealand approved by Order in Council the protocol of 15 November 2005, amending the New Zealand-Australia income tax treaty of 27 January 1995.
Treaty between New Zealand and Poland approved
On 26 June 2006, New Zealand approved by Order in Council the first-time income tax treaty and protocol between New Zealand and Poland, signed on 21 April 2005. The treaty is currently still awaiting approval in Poland.
