Protocol to Tax Treaty between Luxembourg and Vietnam under Negotiation

On 15 June 2018, officials from Luxembourg and Vietnam agreed to negotiations for an amending protocol to the 1996 tax treaty between the two countries in order to bring the treaty in line with the latest OECD standards. Any resulting protocol would be the first to amend the treaty, and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
